eSorters and Diverters

The same easy to configure IMAC conveyor and control cards also operate the entire line of eSorters & Diverts. Controlled by IMAC Insight cards all eSort products plug in series with all of the other components making our product line truly modular and intelligent because the distributed controls recognize each component by IP address and run accordingly. An example of this capability is being able to use eSorters as accumulators on the mainline of your sorter to increase throughput and accuracy and virtually eliminate re-circulation.

G4 Multi Product 90 Degree eSorter

The most versatile modular sorter available, The G4 eSorter simply plugs straight in to IMAC standard MDR accumulation beds and runs using the same controls and configuration and can even accumulate just like regular ZPA and sort at 30 units per minute.

Z1 Multi Product 90 Degree Low Profile eSorter

This light duty versatile modular sorter handles polybags to light duty boxes and plugs straight into standard IMAC MDR accumulation conveyor and like all eSorters it can accumulate like regular ZPA while using the same controls.

Z4 Box & Tote 90 Degree Low Profile eSorter

The heavy duty workhorse of the eSort team. The Z4 is a versatile modular sorter handles heavy to light duty boxes and plugs straight into standard IMAC MDR accumulation conveyor and like all eSorter’s it can accumulate like regular ZPA while using the same controls. The Z4 is the backbone of the SARA dock receiving and manifest sorting system developed by RTA & IMAC.
