The Z1 sorts 1 oz. poly bags in-line with 14 lb. cartons at 40 units per minute with an extremely low 5-inch profile that allows units to be stacked two and three high to double and triple rate to a single destination.

Unrivaled Flexibility
Our pre-engineered eSort™ ready to run modules plug together via Ethernet cables, allowing for limitless combinations. Separate scanner, conveyor, eSorters and merge modules communicate and learn from each other to track and sort items accurately with 100% sort verification. All modules combine to a single small spare parts list with hot swappable components and embedded shared learning control cards.
Embedded Shared Learning
When replacing a card, it merely has to be plugged in then the install button pressed for 5 seconds and the card is automatically reprogrammed by the two cards on each side of the replacement card.
The Patented eSort™ technology is innovative and unique, offering Plug in and Run modules that talk to each other and combine to provide a seamless sortation system capable of being stationary or mobile with configurable rates and sorter layouts. Two connections, 24v DC and Ethernet, allow control cards in each module to be recognized and automatically integrated into the system providing zone by zone tracking and control of every parcel.

The most versatile modular sorter available, The G4 eSorter simply plugs straight in to IMAC standard MDR accumulation beds and runs using the same controls and configuration and can even accumulate just like regular ZPA and sort at 30 units per minute.

Z4 Box & Tote 90 Degree Low Profile eSorter
The heavy duty workhorse of the eSort team. The Z4 is a versatile modular sorter handles heavy to light duty boxes and plugs straight into standard IMAC MDR accumulation conveyor and like all eSorter’s it can accumulate like regular ZPA while using the same controls. The Z4 is the backbone of the SARA dock receiving and manifest sorting system developed by RTA & IMAC.
